Who We Are - Meet the 3Sixty Care Partnership Team

  • Mike Smeeton

    Director of Operations

    mikeS Mike has had a varied and rewarding career in the NHS and charity sectors. Mike first joined the NHS in 1990 working in Information Management and Technology.

    In 2001 he secured his first board director role at Kettering General Hospital and during his time there he was responsible for Strategy, Commercial and Capital Developments, Commissioning and Contracting, Performance Management, Information Management and Technology, Public Relations and Marketing. During this time Mike also acted as Chief Executive.

    Following this, Mike joined Sue Ryder as Director of Health and Social Care, taking strategic and operational responsibility for the management of their hospices, neurological centres and home care services across the UK. He also directed the Charity’s Policy and Campaigns function.

    Mike is now proud to be the Operations Director at 3Sixty Care Partnership, leading a unique communities collaboration to create a better patient experience and improve local health outcomes.

  • Debbie Stanley

    Business Development & Transformation Manager

    debbie Debbie Stanley has been working as the Business Development Manager for 3Sixty Care Partnership since August 2016. She has had a varied career in both clinical and management roles within independent and NHS organisations. She is a registered nurse and midwife with experience of working in community services and General Practice. More recently Debbie has held various management roles in commissioning organisations focusing on service and business developments.
    Debbie is currently supporting member practices to manage the challenges of the current healthcare system, looking at innovative ways of working to ensure sustainability in General Practice and safe, effective care for patients.

  • Sue Williams

    Primary Care Hub Project/Implementation Manager

    sue cropped Sue has many years of experience working within primary and secondary healthcare, both in the NHS and commercial sectors. Prior to joining 3Sixty in January 2019, her roles have included IT Project Management with the Commissioning Support Unit, working with the CCG and local GP practices, as well as 5 years in GP Practice Management.
    Supporting member practices to work collaboratively at scale, Sue works with the GP Extended Access Hub’s in Wellingborough, Kettering, East Northants and Corby to further develop the services, offering patients improved access to a wider range of clinical services within primary care. This includes monitoring the day to day running of the services, implementing new technologies and delivering solutions to the interoperability and IT constraints of the clinical systems, to ensure that patients are able to access seamless, safe and effective care.

  • Stacey Clarke

    Primary Care Network Manager - Red Kite Healthcare

    Stacey Photo Stacey has over 14 years’ experience of working within the NHS within both provider and commissioning organisations. Having built her knowledge base of General Practice working as an Operations Manager and Corporate Services Manager, she is using this to support the 4 practices within Red Kite to embed, deliver and achieve Primary Care Network priorities and objectives. She also offers operational oversight to the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme and ensures these roles are utilised across all Primary Care Network practices.

  • Rebecca Gane

    Primary Care Network Manager - East Northants Primary Care Network

    Rebecca Gane Becky is the Primary Care Network Manager for East Northants PCN. Her background is within the dental sector and she is a qualified Dental Nurse, with a number of years’ experience in dental practice management and business management. Becky has a keen interest in ensuring patients have access to excellent care, and always takes a patient centred approach to her work.

    Becky supports 9 East Northants GP practices and helps project manage and help deliver new services in to the PCN, ensuring that patients are able to access care in a timely, effective and holistic manner.

  • Simone Ritson

    Primary Care Network Manager - Triangle Primary Care Network

    1 simone Simone joined the 3Sixty Care Partnership Team in July 2021 from her previous role as Service Manager in the Corby Urgent Care Centre. She has a background in HR.

  • Richard Wheeler

    Director of Finance

    NewRichard Richard Wheeler is Finance Director for Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. A Chartered Accountant with Finance Director/CFO experience at Leicestershire Partnership Trust, East Midlands Ambulance Service, for a Regional Development Agency and in the Further Education sector. He has worked at a Strategic Health Authority, large teaching hospital, Oxford University Hospitals, and challenged acute United Lincolnshire Hospital. Richard has a Mathematics degree and was awarded HFMA (Healthcare Finance Managers Association) Deputy Finance Director of the Year in December 2012.

  • Dr Jonathan Cox

    GP Director

    jonathan Dr Jonathan Cox is a GP Director for 3Sixty Care Partnership. Dr Cox qualified in 1992 at University of Cambridge. He is a full-time partner of Redwell Medical Centre in Wellingborough which he joined in January 2014.

  • Dr Raf Poggi

    Chair, GP Director

    8XeKU6lx 400x4001 Dr Raf Poggi is a GP Director and Chair of 3Sixty Care Partnership and a GP Partner at Weavers Medical in Kettering where she has worked since 2002.

    Raf also works as a GP Appraiser conducting GP Appraisals in preparation towards revalidation.

    Raf was involved with NHS Nene CCG from its very beginning holding the posts of Assistant Clinical Chair and Kettering Locality Chair (2012-14), and Clinical Executive Chair - Joint commissioning and Community Providers (2014-17).

  • Dr Rajesh Kumar

    GP Clinical Education Lead

    rajesh cropped Working as a full time GP partner across Northamptonshire I have a keen interest in the way local health care needs are changing and how our future workforce will need to reflect this. Currently I am involved in clinical teaching that including nurse mentorship, FY2 supervision and GP registrar training.
    My role within 3Sixty is to provide medical overview for all clinical placements (medical student, clinical pharmacist, and nursing students) in the 3Sixty Partnership Academy and support lead GP's and mentors where required

  • Sara Cunningham

    Business & Project Support Officer

    sara Sara Cunningham has been working as Business and Project Support Officer for 3Sixty Care Partnership since August 2016. In this role Sara supports the work of Debbie Stanley and the wider 3Sixty Care Partnership Team.

  • Jo Stewart

    Workforce Development Project Manager

    Jo pic002 Jo joined 3Sixty in August 2018 having previously worked as Apprenticeship Project Manager for NHFT. Jo works with our practices to grow and develop 3Sixty as a medical academy and to build on the success of our student placement programmes.

  • Janet Doran

    Integration Manager - Wellingborough

    Janet Janet works alongside the Age Well Team focussing on the Integration Agenda. She seeks to simplify and systemise work that supports Health and Social Care Integration. Janet ensures that processes are lean and focused on patients. She works with Age Well to solidify partnerships and gain the best outcomes for the people in Wellingborough.

ANGELA HILLERY.
DIRECTOR.
Angela is Chief Executive of Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. With over 27 years of NHS leadership experience within community services and a Masters Degree in development disorders, Angela is also a qualified speech and language therapist. Previously a Director of Operations for the Trust, Angela has served on the National Management Board of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapy and held a partner role with the Health Professional Council. Reflecting her commitment to innovation in healthcare, Angela is a Board member of the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network (EMAHSN). In 2015 Angela was a finalist for 'Chief Executive of the Year.
DR JONATHAN COX.
CHAIR GP DIRECTOR.
Dr Jonathan Cox was educated at Wellingborough School, where he was a Foundation Scholar and then at Magdalene College, Cambridge, where he won a War Memorial Scholarship. He joined the Cambridge Vocational Training Scheme after house jobs. Starting work as a GP in Cambridge, he later worked for a period of time for the MoD, including several postings abroad and work on a major project while based in Whitehall. He finished working for the MoD as a senior partner with responsibilities across four large practices in the East Midlands and has now returned to his root and is now a GP Principal in Wellingborough. In his spare time he is the Chairman of Governors of Wellingborough School, acts as an IT Consultant for NHS Digital and has recently been chairing a national level IT group under the auspices of the British Computer Society.
LUCY DADGE.
DIRECTOR.
Lucy Dadge is Director of Strategic Partnerships
For Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Lucy was Director of Transformation for the Mid Nottinghamshire CCGs and more recently Programme Director for the Nottinghamshire STP footprint. As Director of Transformation Lucy worked across health, social care and the voluntary sector to develop a new model of integrated care and secured a Vanguard site for Mid Nottinghamshire. In her role within NHFT Lucy’s expertise will enable further development in partnership working across the Trust with our existing partners, stakeholders and future partners. Lucy will work closely with other system colleagues on the countywide Sustainable Transformation Plan.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.
Richard Wheeler is Finance Director for Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. A qualified accountant with 11 years NHS experience, starting in 2005 as Head of Finance at the Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland Strategic Health Authority before moving on to Deputy Director of Finance at Oxford University Hospitals and more recently Director of Finance of East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS). Richard has a Maths degree and was awarded HFMA (Healthcare Finance Managers Association) Deputy Finance Director of the Year in December 2012.
